Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Lacoz. Due to the hygienic nature of our oral care products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Purple Teeth Whitening Strips cannot be returned once delivered, unless:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The package was tampered with before delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
